About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating individual and distributor orders from request for quote and/or receipt through delivery across all business units' product lines. The role involves handling incoming telephone calls, live chats, and emails in a prompt and professional manner. The individual will assist the outside sales representative in meeting sales objectives and strategies by providing administrative support such as processing dealer/distributor orders, answering external and internal product questions, and communicating with internal business units such as operations, marketing, logistics, and finance, as well as directly with Revision's network of resellers within the sales channel to ensure customer needs are met.
