About The Position

The Inside Sales Specialist at Ephoca is a full-time on-site role focused on supporting sales operations and managing administrative processes within the HVAC industry. This position requires a strong engineering background and emphasizes collaboration with technical teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. The specialist will handle lead management, proposal coordination, and facilitate communication between sales and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on sales operations or inside sales.
  • Engineering background (Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred).
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and sales teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming leads, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales operations with administrative efficiency, including preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and engineering staff to ensure technical accuracy in client communications and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making in HVAC solutions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining sales documentation, including SOPs, presentations, and case studies.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support client inquiries and ensure seamless communication between internal teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address client needs and ensure alignment on project timelines.
