We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and driving sales growth. Since our founding in 2018, we have experienced rapid growth, allowing us to expand our workforce and operations across several facilities in three states. Our diversified business model serves both municipal solid waste and construction & demolition customers, with a primary focus on providing outstanding customer service and revolutionizing the industry through the latest technology. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customers who utilize our services, with a strong emphasis on upselling current customers and acquiring new business through cold calling. Approximately 80% of your responsibilities will be sales-focused, while the remaining 20% will involve municipal relations and customer service. You will take inbound sales calls, provide information regarding products, pricing, and rental agreements, and make targeted outbound sales calls to businesses. Additionally, you will negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring that contract terms are met, and develop and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients. Your ability to provide accurate information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications will be essential to your success in this position.
