The Remote Licensed Inside Sales Agent position at Liberty Mutual is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The position emphasizes a customer-centric approach, where integrity and genuine care for customer needs are paramount. You will represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products tailored to their individual requirements. From day one, you will undergo paid training in a remote work environment, which lasts for 16 weeks for licensed hires. This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. The company provides all necessary computer equipment, and you will need to maintain a professional workspace at home, including a dedicated desk and a high-speed internet connection. The work schedule requires availability for four weekdays and one weekend day, with a mid-morning start time, typically around 11 am to 8 pm CST. This schedule is expected to be maintained for a minimum of 12 months before any shift changes can be considered. Liberty Mutual offers a competitive salary structure, with a starting base salary of $45,000 and the potential for growth through commissions, leading to average earnings between $55,000 and $75,000. Top-performing agents can earn up to $85,000 in their second year and beyond. Requirements

  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
