As a General Manager, you will manage daily operations within the center, leading your staff to exemplify K1 to the fullest. Requirements

• 1-2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience is a must.
• Experience with CRM and lead management platforms is a plus.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude in dealing with difficult prospects.
• Coachability and willingness to explore sales growth.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a highly transactional sales environment.
• Familiarity with autodialers (predictive or refractive).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the center.
• Lead staff to exemplify K1 Speed's values.
• Handle fast-paced inbound and outbound sales.
• Provide solution-based selling and highlight venue benefits.
• Address customer concerns and overcome objections over the phone.
• Follow a sales process and script to build customer value.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up.
• Make 100+ calls per day to generate interest and close sales.
• Schedule customer events and coordinate catering.
• Meet KPIs for follow-up calls and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
