The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for utilizing our ERP system for order processing and inventory functions, demonstrating expertise in hose assembly, gaskets, and related products, and assisting customers with inquiries, quotations, and purchases to ensure exceptional service. The position operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability on call, making it a great opportunity for those who thrive in a structured yet flexible work schedule. In this role, the Inside Sales Representative will efficiently process sales transactions while maintaining accuracy and will be expected to keep a tidy and organized workspace, paying keen attention to inventory levels. Additionally, the representative will provide support to outside sales initiatives and cater to customer-specific needs, ensuring that all customer records are kept detailed and inquiries are resolved promptly. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
