The Instructional Design Consultant will be responsible for planning, developing, conducting, and evaluating a variety of complex and challenging training and development programs for both management and employees. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to create effective training solutions that meet the diverse needs of the organization. The consultant will conduct thorough needs assessments and task analyses to identify the specific training requirements of various stakeholders, ensuring that the training programs are tailored to address the unique challenges faced by the organization. In addition to developing technology training programs for non-technical audiences, the consultant will establish collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including trainees and management.
