About the position

The Instructional Designer at Prudential will play a crucial role in creating innovative eLearning experiences that are visually engaging and research-based. This position requires expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and content curation, with a strong emphasis on utilizing AI to enhance development processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to design impactful learning experiences and assess their effectiveness, contributing to the growth and advancement of Prudential's workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Construct innovative eLearning courses using graphic design expertise to create captivating visual narratives.
  • Use AI tools to increase productivity and outputs in the agile development environment.
  • Apply mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce exceptional graphics, animations, and layouts.
  • Leverage advanced content curation skills to research, select, and organize high-quality content.
  • Create engaging workshop materials that stimulate learning and discussion.
  • Collaborate with subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design impactful learning experiences and curate resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of design and curated content in achieving learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience or master's degree in graphic design, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Demonstrated ability in content curation, with an emphasis on sourcing and organizing content.
  • History of designing and leading workshops that enhance learning engagement.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI tools in learning and development.
  • Familiarity with best practices for visual design and video production.
