Instructional Designer

About the position

As an Instructional Designer at Stark Tech, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful learning experiences using modalities such as eLearning, Instructor-led training, and job aids. This position plays an essential role in evaluating training effectiveness, managing LMS administration, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to design and develop training programs.
• Create eLearning modules and instructor-led training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting.
• Incorporate multimedia assets to enhance learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of professional, corporate experience designing complex training programs.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia.
• Experience creating content outlines (COs) and high-level design documents (HLDDs).
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
