Responsibilities

  • Support development of curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and online LMS training materials.
  • Develop interactive e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, micro-learning content, and playbooks tailored to different sales roles.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date training resources for tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Work with product marketing, sales leadership, and customer success teams to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Use platforms like Gong, Salesforce, and 6Sense to analyze sales conversations and refine training based on real-world insights.
  • Build structured learning paths for new hires, ongoing skill development, and certification programs.
  • Apply adult learning principles, gamification, and blended learning strategies to drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or sales training, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, content authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia), and sales enablement software.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger), and the nonprofit sector is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials.
  • Comfortable using analytics to measure and improve training effectiveness.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and adjusting training to evolving sales needs.
