About the position

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions, primarily utilizing e-learning tools and multimedia. This role requires proficiency in various instructional design methodologies and tools, with a focus on creating engaging training materials. The position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in the CST or EST time zones and be able to work during CST hours.

Responsibilities

• Employ a rapid-development approach to build creative and innovative training videos, games, job aids, posters, manuals, and related learning/e-learning deliverables.
• Integrate best-of-breed learning techniques and technology into the development of training programs and solutions.
• Utilize multimedia and e-learning tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Articulate RISE, and Storyline effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with multimedia and e-learning tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Articulate RISE, and Storyline.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
