As an agency owner, you'll be responsible for your agency's overall management, sales, and growth. You'll also hire your team and work with them to meet the goals you set. We will help and guide you to find your office location where you will be on-site supporting your customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the agency
• Drive sales and growth of the agency
• Hire and manage a team to meet agency goals
• Represent American Family and its products exclusively
• Support customers on-site at the agency location

Requirements

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background check
