We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Brentwood, Tennessee Territory. This role is pivotal in connecting customers with the best insurance solutions to meet their needs from top national and regional carriers. Success in this position will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building within the community. As a Comparion Insurance sales agent, you will have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with Auto, Home, and Life insurance products. This position offers uncapped pay, including base salary, bonuses, prizes, and recognition that includes worldwide travel. You will also receive paid training (including licensing) and mentorships for those who want to pursue their career goals. Sales support is provided, allowing you to earn commissions for leads even if other team members close the deals. The total average first-year earnings range from $65K to $85K through a combination of base, bonus, and uncapped commission, with the potential for top performers to earn over $150K.
