About the position

The Insurance Sales Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales performance and leading a team in a dynamic insurance sales environment. This position focuses on building relationships with customers, mentoring team members, and achieving operational targets while ensuring high standards of customer care. The role offers substantial financial rewards through unlimited commission and various incentive plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
  • Coach members of the sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
  • Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
  • Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
  • Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
  • Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
