About the position

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in marketing channel implementation and improvement, with a specific emphasis on Broad Reach Paid Media efforts and Integrated Campaign support. This person will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to maintain GoodRx's marketing channel excellence across Linear TV, Streaming Video, Streaming Audio, Terrestrial Radio, and Podcasts, and also provide necessary support across larger integrated marketing efforts (Conditions, Retail, and Manufacturer Solutions). Leveraging their experience working with broad reach channels, this person will provide insights and optimizations through analyzing weekly channel performance, managing budgets and pacing, and assisting with ongoing media planning. The right candidate will have a demonstrated willingness to learn and will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, collaborative, and not afraid to take risks.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of day-to-day operations across the broad reach function and integrated marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams across (but not limited to) BI, data, and finance while also building relationships with external agency partners
  • Analyze performance results for broad reach channels and provide insightful findings, recommendations, and optimizations to meet OKRs
  • Support digital marketing performance monitoring and reporting efforts
  • Manage invoicing, pacing, and budget management across marketing channels
  • Develop presentations and other documents to communicate performance recaps and insights to the broader marketing organization
  • Support integrated campaign planning and reporting efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ad agency or similar
  • Familiarity with broad reach mediums such as streaming video (OTT/CTV, OLV), streaming audio, linear TV, terrestrial radio, and podcasts media planning and execution
  • Understanding of performance marketing and ability to work toward revenue and efficiency goals
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, along with familiarity with project management tools and dashboards like Airtable and Looker
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • SQL experience or willingness to learn
  • Strong written, verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent in work experience
