About the position

We are looking for an Intelligence Data Analyst with 15 years of experience to join our team in Hawaii in support of Assault Breaker II. As an Intelligence Data Analyst, you will join an engaged, 100% employee-owned company and have a direct impact on the success of National Priority Programs. In this role, you will provide assistance in conducting quantitative analyses of system and mission requirements as they pertain to the potential insertion of advanced technologies in support of ABII. You will also provide technical support for ABII in the areas of defining test objectives and procedures, theoretical calculation and analysis related to performer progress, modeling objectives and techniques, and coordination of modeling and testing. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering complex next-generation software-based multi-INT, Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), automated collection orchestration, advanced sensemaking capabilities, object-based orchestration, production, and custody. The ideal candidate will possess a BS in a scientific or technological discipline, along with extensive experience in systems engineering, analysis, development, and integration in intelligence collection and analysis. You will need an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly, and experience leading systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, and test activities is required. Familiarity with data science, data engineering, and artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms is also essential. You will be expected to write clear and maintainable code to clean, connect, query, and investigate large structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data sets, as well as design rich interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate actionable insights and data/model limitations to the intended audience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative analyses of system/mission requirements for advanced technologies in support of ABII.
  • Provide technical support for ABII, including defining test objectives and procedures.
  • Perform theoretical calculations and analyses related to performer progress.
  • Coordinate modeling and testing activities for ABII.
  • Lead systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, and test activities for complex software-based systems.
  • Develop data pipelines and data products using programming languages and software.
  • Write clear and maintainable code for data manipulation and investigation.
  • Design interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate insights.

Requirements

  • BS in scientific or technological discipline.
  • 15 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Analysis, development, and integration in intelligence collection and analysis.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
  • Experience leading systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, and test activities.
  • Knowledge of missions, roles, functions, and organizational structures related to systems acquisition and life cycle management.
  • Familiarity with data science, data engineering, and artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for developing data pipelines and products.
  • Ability to write maintainable code for large data sets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced sensemaking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of object-based orchestration and production processes.
  • Experience in developing automated collection orchestration.
