About the position

The Intelligence/Operations Product Lead at Parsons is responsible for leading the design and production of visual and written documentation to support intelligence and operations missions. This role involves collaboration with a cross-functional team to create graphics and capture data points that meet the requirements of the Intelligence Community. The position requires a strong ability to conceptualize and execute graphic designs for various products, ensuring they align with consumer needs and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as product lead, collaborating with a cross-functional team to design graphics and create documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during analysis and production cycles to understand Intelligence Community requirements.
• Create graphic designs for written and digital products, including PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Work with mission partners to define product requirements and generate value through visual and written products.

Requirements

• 1+ years relevant experience with MA/MS degree; 3+ years relevant experience with BA/BS degree; 5+ years relevant experience with AA/AS; 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid US Passport.
• Active DoD TS security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience supporting an INDOPACOM, US Army, or IC customer.
• Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and/or operations.
• A portfolio or reference material of prior work.
