About The Position

The Interim Director of Special Programs at Rancho Santiago Community College District is responsible for the supervision and administration of specially funded programs. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, coordinate, and direct activities related to specific projects.
• Analyze data in relation to policy questions and study purposes; create statistical tables and graphic displays.
• Write comprehensive reports and make oral presentations explaining research findings, implications, and applicability.
• Supervise and provide day-to-day oversight of specially funded initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting staff in all areas under direct supervision.
• Provide in-service training and evaluate staff, program functions, and activities.
• Prepare and review budget documents, including monthly expenditure reports.
• Report on program accountability and seek additional funding for programs and activities.
• Develop and implement project goals, objectives, and activities associated with program operations.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with community-based and other local organizations.
