About the position

As an Agile Transformation Intern at Rockwell Automation, you will collaborate with industry professionals to facilitate Agile transformation initiatives. This role involves partnering with Scrum Masters and Kanban Facilitators to enhance business delivery and continuous improvement for product development teams. You will engage in hands-on activities, support project management responsibilities, and gain exposure to the company's operations while contributing to the delivery of new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Support PI Planning Events and execution activities, including invites and budget management.
• Act as the Kanban Facilitator for the Agile Transformation Team, managing event pre-planning and board management weekly.
• Assist in the creation and support of Agile guidelines and boundaries.
• Forecast and track projects against a roadmap.
• Help team members with communication, planning, and facilitation.
• Partner with the PMO to ensure Agile and non-Agile teams can forecast and plan effectively.
• Support the Manager of Agile Transformation with team-related activities.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and JAMA.
• Previous Agile experience in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment.
