About the position

The Intern - Customer Knowledge position at American Modern Insurance Group offers a 12-week summer internship program designed for students pursuing a bachelor's degree. This role provides practical experience in the insurance industry, focusing on customer experience and insights. Interns will engage in various research and data analysis activities while building professional relationships within a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in agent and policyholder research
• Survey development and programming
• Conduct data collection and analysis
• Create reports and presentations
• Complete voice-of-customer data collection and analytics
• Participate in agile user testing

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing Research, Customer Insights, Business, Customer Experience, or Analytics
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
• Confidence in the use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams)
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
