About the position

The Intern for Digital Customer Lifecycle in Health Systems Marketing at Philips will support customer engagement throughout the digital buying journey. This role involves collaborating with the Digital Center of Excellence, managing email marketing efforts, and optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing. Interns will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including analytics, branding, and campaign planning, while contributing to strategic business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement along the digital buying journey.
  • Create, manage, and update email and segmentation templates.
  • Identify opportunities to increase email adoption and volume.
  • Design, manage, and execute A/B testing framework for optimized campaign performance.
  • Support the team with communicating email marketing best practices and tactics.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, creating a Data Enrichment strategy.
  • Conduct quality analysis to improve data reliability and efficiency.
  • Engage teams to develop and launch pilot programs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a drive to learn the newest trends.
  • Self-starter with a strategic and creative mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Project Management software experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
