About The Position
Seagate Systems Electrical Engineering Team is now part of the Seagate Hardware Development organization. This is an exciting place to work as we are rapidly growing and expanding technology solutions being delivered for Seagate. If you have a passion for being directly involved in a hardware development environment and being involved with systems level design that crosses over to platform software understanding, as well as doing real hands-on work in a lab environment, then this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you will work with a world-class circuit design team and gain hands-on experience with systems processor modules, data storage, and communications circuit designs. You will become familiar with the entire circuit board development process, including initial design, circuit board simulation, layout/routing, fabrication and assembly, bring-up, and debug to production release. Additionally, you will interact with multi-disciplinary teams engaged in product design and development, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the hardware development lifecycle.
