About the position

The CIO Portfolio Management office is seeking a motivated Year-Round Undergraduate Intern to support the services offered within the OCIO portfolio. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to recommend technology solutions, develop visualizations for enterprise data, and assist in various aspects of cyber assurance assessments. The intern will act as a liaison between customers and technical staff, ensuring customer proficiency in newly implemented tools and applications while analyzing business and technical processes to formulate technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend technology solutions for systems and processes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary personnel and external contractors to determine customer needs
  • Develop visualizations for enterprise business data
  • Respond to external data calls
  • Assist with the practice of requirements engineering
  • Design and test interactive reports and visualizations
  • Assist in various aspects of cyber assurance assessments
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical staff
  • Analyze business and technical processes to formulate a technology solution
  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to document functional and business requirements
  • Provide CIO Portfolio Support

Requirements

  • Currently attending and enrolled full time in a related accredited undergraduate program
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
  • U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, asylees or refugees in the U.S.
