About the position

The Technical Writer Intern at CoreLogic will assist in creating and organizing technical documentation related to APIs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, producing user-friendly guides and tutorials, and participating in various internship activities. The intern will receive guidance from experienced team members while contributing to special projects and providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand technical features and functionalities of APIs.
• Organizing complex technical concepts into structured and coherent documentation.
• Creating API guides, reference materials, code samples, and tutorials for developers.
• Tracking project information and resolving routine issues.
• Participating in Internship Program activities and events.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.
• Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant coursework completed.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Prior internship or co-op experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Participation in campus activities related to the field.
