Purpose Statement: Seeking a college student for an internship pursuing a degree in a EHS related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of Monthly Safety Committee Meetings, organize meeting minute notes and track action item completion.
• Review and Update Lockout Tagout Procedures across the facility and support new equipment procedure development.
• Support 6S team on safety related projects.
• Complete monthly stormwater audits and track completion of action items.
• Complete safety observations and engage with associates on safety improvement opportunities.
• Support Sr. EHS Specialist in execution of quarterly engagement campaign.
• Support Sr. EHS Specialist in completion of EHS related investigations and action item closure.
• Collaborate with Sr. EHS Specialist on daily activities and facility EHS needs.
• Weekly 1:1 with Sr. EHS Specialist & attend EHS Network meetings.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a college degree in a EHS related field.
