About the position
This Internal Medicine position in Lady Lake, FL, offers a full-time opportunity to provide primary care to adult patients. The role involves working in two office locations, with a focus on adult medicine and various in-house procedures. Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to adult patients aged 18 and older.
- Conduct in-house procedures such as EKGs, UA, B12/Testo injections, Ear Lavage, Dexa scans, Ultrasounds, Echocardiograms, and Pulmonary Function Tests.
- Manage patient care and maintain accurate medical records using the Kareo EMR system.
- Participate in quality measures and annual wellness visits to enhance patient care.
- Rotate between two office locations in Lady Lake and Tavares, FL.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a valid medical license to practice in Florida.
- Experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide high-quality patient care.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Kareo EMR system or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Experience with adult patient care and in-house procedures.
Benefits
- Health Insurance coverage up to $1000.00 per month.
- 2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation.
- 1 week (5 days) paid time off for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Base salary of $190K per year, paid bi-weekly.
- Bonus potential of up to $30K after the first year based on performance metrics.
