Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or text.
• Respond to customer inquiries immediately and check email frequently.
• Set appointments for customers to meet employees and test drive vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of the vehicles sold and dealership policies, products, and procedures.
• Understand manufacturer incentives and programs.
• Work with Sales Managers and customers throughout the car buying and negotiation process.
• Establish personal goals consistent with dealership productivity requirements.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and contribute to a customer-focused culture.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in auto sales, retail, real estate, jewelry sales, time shares, phone sales, or solar sales.
