About the position
The Internet Sales Consultant at Horne Mazda is responsible for managing customer interactions through the Internet Department, following up on leads, setting appointments, and assisting customers throughout the buying process. This role requires a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities
- Follow up with the customer database daily, including new leads.
- Set appointments and assist customers with inquiries before their arrival at the store.
- Greet customers upon arrival with a smile and a firm handshake.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles and take them on test drives.
- Guide customers through the buying process and ensure a great delivery experience.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Requirements
- Valid AZ Driver's License.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in automotive sales or internet sales.
- Strong phone etiquette and public speaking skills.
