About the position

The CRO Program Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the online journey for millions of customers by leveraging user behavior insights and data-driven strategies. This position focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program, ensuring effective project sequencing, and acting as a liaison between the CRO group and other departments. The role involves leading A/B testing initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights, and aligning optimization efforts with the company's product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRO program.
  • Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for optimization efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO group and other departments.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Set clear direction for experimentation and optimization initiatives.
  • Understand product vision and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital/conversion rate optimization.
  • Program/project management background.
  • Strong experience in experimentation and personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely).
  • Profound knowledge of Digital Analytics (GA4) and user experience principles.
  • Experience leading multiple campaigns in A/B testing.
  • Proven digital experience in an agile, e-commerce environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Restaurant industry experience.
