Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including parts, raw materials, and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and work with purchasing to reorder materials.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory storage and organization to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Ensure all work order and inventory activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports on inventory, work order status, and outcomes.
  • Review work orders and process work order paperwork to handoff to production.
  • Track progress of work orders and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Create detailed customer repair estimates and manage parts orders.
  • Coordinate repair scheduling and ensure repairs follow established procedures and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and repair workflows.
