The employee will notify the store manager of wrong prices and pull out-of-code merchandise. Responsibilities include counting and recording cash, checks, and food stamps in the register, TACC tubes, and safe, as well as verifying money orders, lottery ticket inventory, and bank deposits. The employee will also verify gasoline inventory by checking tanks for water and perform various surveys to ensure compliance with operational and financial procedures. Safety is paramount, and the employee must comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
