About the position
The End User Services (EUS) Regional Growth Support Specialist at CommonSpirit Health is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop, notebook, and mobile PC workstations, printers, and associated peripherals. This role involves project discovery and implementation, asset management, and responding to incidents and problems while ensuring a secure environment. The specialist will work closely with various IT teams and contribute to operational efficiencies, all while supporting the user community across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Project implementation and on-site/remote installation of desktop and mobile PC workstations.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop, notebook, and mobile PC workstations and printers.
- Responding to incidents and problems, fulfilling requests, and managing asset inventory.
- Monitoring performance of desktop hardware and maintaining a secure environment.
- Providing smart hands support for Network, Server, Telecom, and Cyber teams.
- Contributing to knowledge management databases for problem reporting and resolution.
- Participating in on-call rotation and providing on-call support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams on complex issues and projects.
Requirements
- Associates degree or technical institute degree/certificate or 3-5 years relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in the service industry.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Proficient in Windows operating system environment, network printing systems, and Microsoft Office modules.
Nice-to-haves
- Google Suite experience preferred.
