About The Position

The IT Field Resource at Ensign Services is responsible for providing professional IT support to nursing homes, ensuring that system operations are fully functional. This role involves deploying and servicing IT equipment, managing service requests, and collaborating with various IT departments to resolve issues and support projects. The position requires extensive travel to multiple facilities, making it essential for the candidate to have strong technical skills and experience in a field support role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting 100+ users or multiple locations
• Experience as a mobile field technician
• Knowledge of IT cabling infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Experience deploying equipment such as desktops, laptops, and medical support equipment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HP, Lenovo, Dell computers, and various printers
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Citrix, Active Directory, Workday, and mobile device management tools
• Knowledge of Windows OS 8.1, 10, and 11

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Zendesk and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of imaging computers for deployment
• Experience working with multiple vendors

Responsibilities

• Deploy, service, and order IT equipment
• Install networking and telecom equipment
• Process warranty requests and returns
• Manage mobile device management (MDM)
• Process Zendesk tickets and equipment quotes
• Manage Service Now directory
• Attend team meetings and culture events
• Support facility administration, nursing, and service center team members
• Reconcile AMEX Concur expenses
• Assist fellow field operations team members
• Project management
