About the position
The IT Helpdesk Campus Support Student Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service to individuals visiting the IT Helpdesk. This role involves creating and managing support tickets for customers in need of assistance, ensuring a smooth and efficient support process in an in-person setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers.
- Create and modify tickets in our ticket management system.
- Triage customers appropriately.
- Assist with projects.
