As the Manager of ERP Systems, you lead a team of technical workers who operate and run the ERP technologies. The ERP manager acts as a subject matter expert for the team providing guidance for all team projects, serving as an internal escalation path for the team's high-impact escalations, continuously improving the team's operations, and ensuring consistent progress toward the team's long-term objectives. This is a working management role, must be willing to help support ERP systems. The ERP Manager is responsible for presenting clear guidance and strategy to executives and steering committees while maintaining and strengthening the relationships with IT stakeholders and business leaders. Other key responsibilities are managing relationships with the team's vendors and overseeing the team's budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical workers operating and running ERP technologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the team providing guidance for all team projects.
  • Serve as an internal escalation path for high-impact escalations.
  • Continuously improve the team's operations.
  • Ensure consistent progress toward the team's long-term objectives.
  • Present clear guidance and strategy to executives and steering committees.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with IT stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Manage relationships with the team's vendors.
  • Oversee the team's budget.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing support or IT teams.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting and continuously improving an organization's ERP Systems.
  • 2+ years of experience negotiating with vendors.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards financials.
  • 2+ years of experience working with job cost in construction and development.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Hyland OnBase, Prophix, Hyperion, QSoftware, and Data Access Studio (DAS).
  • Understanding of HR, benefits, compliance, and payroll practices, processes, and technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience.
