IT Manager, SAP Supply Chain Systems

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and delivery of SAP MM solutions to meet business requirements
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and ongoing support
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Supply Chain modules with enterprise systems like Finance, Ariba, Inventory, HR, Analytics, and Security to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure supply chain processes align with business and operational KPIs while delivering measurable results
• Coordinate the integration of SAP MM modules with other SAP modules and external systems
• Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM modules
• Build consensus and align teams across IT, business, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals
• Lead testing cycles during project delivery, performing root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and external partners
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6 years of SAP MM configuration experience
• 8 years of experience delivering SAP Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay functionalities in an enterprise environment
• Deep understanding of SAP MM, including Master Data, Procurement, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and FIORI apps
• Strong knowledge of SAP testing tools and the ability to handle SAP user exits, batch jobs, and standard reports
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like BigQuery, Looker, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-organizational environments across time zones
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Nice-to-haves

• SAP S/4 Hana Cloud Procurement Implementation or any SAP S/4 Hana certification in procurement and supply chain
