About the position

The IT Operations Manager will support the Delivery leadership team in meeting business requirements and driving organizational growth both locally and globally. This hybrid role focuses on facilitating continuous improvements, simplifying processes, and enhancing stakeholder communications to achieve the vision of being a digital transformation partner for clients. The position requires collaboration in the Dallas area, with expectations to work in the office 1-2 days per week and travel as needed within North America.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery initiatives and Business Operations with a strategic growth mindset.
• Manage reporting requirements to ensure visibility and quick action.
• Coordinate between key business stakeholders within the region and globally.
• Manage business communications in collaboration with Marketing.
• Promote Corporate Responsible Business initiatives including Diversity programs.
• Provide leadership support for key initiatives and change management.
• Articulate and translate strategy with effective presentations for Executive Leadership.
• Provide process clarity and streamline business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or Technology (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years experience in IT Services.
• 6+ years Business Operations experience.
• Financial and analytics experience.
• Material/Collateral development skills.
• Stakeholder relationship management.
• Project Management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
