About the position

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to lead the development of custom reporting solutions within the UKG platform. This role involves gathering requirements, overseeing build and testing activities, and ensuring that reporting needs align with business goals and customer requirements. The Product Manager will also mentor a team of Custom Report Writers and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance user experience and optimize reporting features.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic direction for UKG custom reporting solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of Custom Report Writers on best practices in report design and data analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to drive the development of custom reporting features.
• Implement user feedback and conduct usability testing to ensure reports are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and adoption of custom reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with custom reporting or data analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UKG products and in-app custom report writing capabilities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
