You will manage and prioritize competing requirements spanning many customer organizations and develop and implement a customer communication campaign for product rollout. You will provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. You will interact with various customers, system users, and senior leaders in this position. The mission requires you plan and prioritize implementation schedules to ensure minimal impact to mission readiness. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. You'll apply specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Your technical expertise will be vital as you develop and maintain system installation schedules, and plan and coordinate multiple installation activities with systems administrators and customers. We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their needs.
