About The Position

The IT Program Manager at KaiHonua, LLC is responsible for establishing new accounts and managing existing projects within IT engineering teams. This role involves overseeing comprehensive IT services, ensuring excellent performance, and acting as the principal representative interfacing with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT program management.
• Strong understanding of IT services including Network Operations, Systems Administration, and Infrastructure Management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products.
• Familiarity with Quality Control and Information Security Services.

Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts and manage existing projects.
• Oversee IT engineering teams delivering integrated IT services.
• Interface with the Contracting Office and Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to contractor personnel.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions.
