About the position

The IT Program Manager will play a crucial role in a medical technology company specializing in heart support and recovery solutions. This position is particularly focused on managing the integration of large-scale acquisitions, making it a unique opportunity for an experienced professional. The role is a 1-year contract and requires a hybrid work model, with three days in the office located in Danvers, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
• Oversee the IT project portfolio to align objectives and optimize resource allocations.
• Ensure seamless project coordination across various IT functions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding updates and concerns.
• Build strong relationships with Tech Product Managers and Owners.
• Manage the budget for all programs effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management.
• Strong knowledge of IT project management, agile methodologies, and portfolio management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets of approximately $10MM.

• Multi-functional experience with Supply Chain, R&D, Infrastructure Technology Services, and ISRM (Information Security & Risk Management).
