Responsibilities
- Build and maintain IT relationships with sites to enhance their IT experience.
- Ensure resolution of incidents and requests while keeping users informed.
- Support users in maximizing value from IT services through improved IT proficiency.
- Assist with programs, projects, asset management, and local IT management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, site support, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues at the site level.
- Strong customer service and communication skills for assisting end-users on-site.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Working knowledge of Intune is a distinct advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, but not always required; relevant certifications such as ITIL are beneficial.
