About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage complex computer systems throughout multiple locations/counties.
• Oversee IT-related functions of the organization.
• Organize and analyze data and compile reports.
• Exhibit exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Shift priorities quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical staff.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff and service recipient issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 7 years of experience in electronic technologies.
• Ability to manage complex computer systems across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid NYS driver's license and ability to travel.
