Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to small and mid-sized businesses.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
- 1 year of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment required.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
