About the position

As an L2 Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients, handling escalated issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting both remotely and onsite, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced L2 support for escalated issues across desktops, networks, and servers.
  • Travel onsite to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments.
  • Work with VMware and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Document and track issues in our ticketing system to ensure quick resolutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in tech support with hands-on experience in AD, Office 365, Azure, and VMware.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Azure, or VMware) preferred.
  • Willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.
