Green Mountain Power is seeking a dynamic IT professional with outstanding customer service and computer skills to join our fast-paced Client Services team. In this role you will directly support the technology needs of GMP employees and partners with responsibility for the support, strategic planning, and management of desktop configurations, hardware, applications, and PC technologies utilized by our end users. A strong interest in technology and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a highly friendly and efficient manner is key. Successful candidates will have prior hands-on experience in configuring and managing tools such as Intune, Horizon View (VMWare, VDI), SCCM, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, as well as their associated server and administration environments. Applicants should possess excellent knowledge of and experience in working with Windows OS, Mac OS, iOS, and O365, including the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve PC/Mac hardware and software issues, support iPhone and iPad technologies and applications, as well as be able to manage all of these with a variety of remote management tools. Additional experience with networking and security technologies is a plus. A strong work ethic, as well as a personal desire to grow and work in a highly innovative, fast-paced, technical environment is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to present information in a user-friendly fashion are essential.
