Responsibilities

  • Help document what services the organization should provide

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with technical documentation including architecture diagrams and process flows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with process engineers to document new procedures
  • Self-starter and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Aptitude for quickly understanding complex technical concepts
  • Ability to translate concepts into documentation
