We are seeking an experienced IVR/Chatbot Developer to join our team in Newark, NJ. This position is 100% onsite and is expected to last between 8 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing advanced IVR applications and integrating speech recognition systems. The role will require collaboration with various third-party integrations and the use of multiple communication protocols to enhance customer experience (CX) systems. The candidate should possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of IVR technology and its applications in telecommunications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing IVR and chatbot solutions, including natural language understanding (NLU) systems and grammars. You will implement third-party integrations with AWS Lambda using NodeJS and/or Python, as well as work with Amazon Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM systems like Salesforce. Your expertise in utilizing web services, APIs, and other communication protocols will be crucial for integrating IVR systems with other computer systems, such as SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST. Additionally, you will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications using object-oriented programming languages, ensuring that our systems are efficient and user-friendly.
