About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to spearhead the design and development of scalable web applications using Angular and Java. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices is essential. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and scalability. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends will be crucial to drive innovation within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Angular and Java.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Angular and Java.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Benefits
- Salary Range-$120,000-$150,000 a year
