About the position
We are seeking a Java C/C++ Programming Developer with strong experience in Java 8, RDBMS, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on programming experience with C/C++ and custom programming languages, as well as expertise in modernization projects. This role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to create user-friendly and innovative web applications. The candidate should also have experience using project management tools such as Jira and Rally to effectively plan, track, and report on project progress.
Responsibilities

- Implement performance optimization techniques to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
- Engage in architectural design and innovative thinking for project development.
- Write effective unit and integration tests using React Testing Library.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java 8 and RDBMS.
- Hands-on programming experience with C/C++ and custom programming languages.
- At least 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Expertise in modernization projects.
- Knowledge of credit card servicing and fraud systems for seamless integration with project goals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
